About Kevin "Dot Com" Brown
Kevin "Dot Com" Brown can be seen each week, on NBC televisions Emmy Award winning comedy series titled, "30 ROCK." "Dot Com" co-stars opposite Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin and Tracey Morgan. Dot Com is in his fifth season as a cast member on this critically acclaimed show. On “30 Rock,” Dot Com plays Bodyguard / Best Friend & Entourage of the eccentric Tracy Jordan portrayed by Actor/Comedian Tracy Morgan. The series takes place behind the scenes of a fictional live sketch comedy series depicted as airing on NBC; the name "30 Rock" refers to the address of the GE Building where NBC Studios is located, 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

Each season fans requested more & more Dot Com. As a result, NBC television responded to the fans by releasing a "Brand New" webisode on NBC.com called "Livin’XL with Grizz and Dot Com."

The series is sponsored by "FLIP Video" and is scheduled to enjoy a very lengthy run. Word is, “Livin’XL with Grizz and Dot Com” may soon become a full length, made for TV comedy series (cross your fingers). Though released to the public only a short while ago, the”Livin’XL with Grizz and Dot Com” webisodes are enjoying enormous success.

Kevin "Dot Com" Brown has been a triple-threat in Entertainment for over 20 years. As a Businessman he and his brother Andre created and produced “The Uptown Comedy Club” tv show (on the FOX 5 network), which ran for four seasons. Their live creation, The Uptown Comedy Club ( located in the heart of Harlem on 125th St.), grew to become the most successful comedy club in the country in the late 80’s & early 90’s.

Kevin "Dot Com" Brown is also responsible for managing and teaching some of today’s most successful comedians (all Uptown Comedy Club alumni). JB Smoove of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Flex Alexander of UPN’s One on One and Tracy Morgan of NBC's 30 Rock, just to name a few.

Eventually Kevin "Dot Com" Brown decided to change gears after a heartbreaking divorce. In desperate search of an outlet, he decided to try what he loved most. "I used to watch Comedy programs and think about how bad most of the comics were, " says Dot Com." I thought to myself...hey, I’m just as bad as they are, so maybe I can be successful at this." Needless to say, Dot Com found out he was actually good at it and today, he is the featured headliner at major comedy clubs and arenas, around the country and abroad.

Kevin "Dot Com" Brown was featured on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien, MTV's Human Giant, NBC’s Last Comic Standing and BET’s Comic View" just to name a few. Most recently, Dot Com has appeared at "Ha, Carolines, The World Famous Apollo Theater, Radio City Music Hall (opening up for Patti Labelle), BB Kings in NYC (opening up for the legendary soul-singer Al Green) and numerous facilities across the U.S. and abroad."

Kevin "Dot Com" Brown enrolled in the T. Schreiber Studio to study acting; his goal at the time was to add the title "Professional Actor" to his resume. Today he has an extensive film background with roles in over 20 plus films. Kevin "Dot Com" Brown can play a plethora of roles ranging from the sexy leading man, to the big bad guy, to the cuddly Teddy Bear, to the funny man.

AS A TRAINED ACTOR - Dot Com recently appeared in “Royal Pains (USA), The Departed, Lucky Number Slevin, 50 Cent's Get Rich Or Die Trying, Lindsay Lohan's Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Delirious (Steve Buscemi), the holiday movie Did you hear about the Morgans? (Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant) as well as in the next “Sex and the City” movie."

Not only has Dot Com performed in Stand-up Concerts, Major Motion Pictures, Off-Broadway Shows and Prime Time Television, Dot Com is also a Certified Black Belt in the martial arts, skilled in the Judo, Shotokan & Wolfox Karate disciplines. As a Black Belt, he starred in a made for DVD martial arts epic titled “The Empty Hands,” which also featured the skills of some of the hottest martial arts practitioners and champions in the USA.

Dot Com is finishing up a comedy album, working on his next television show, more movies and of course doing what he does best; making people laugh. So look out for this shining star, as he gets set to shine even brighter.
